While the Outlook mobile app doesn’t allow direct changes to your profile picture, you can easily update it through the web. Follow these steps:
- Log in to Office.com: Open your web browser and go to office.com, then log in with your Microsoft account.
- Access Your Account: Once logged in, click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of the page.
- Click “View Account”: From the dropdown menu, select “View Account.”
- Change Your Profile Picture: On the account page, click on the profile picture area to upload or change your photo.
After updating your picture on the web, it will sync across all Microsoft apps, including Outlook.
