You may encounter a network connection error while opening Outlook or connecting to your M365 account. The reason behind this is disabling the TLS 1.2 option on Windows.

To resolve this issue, navigate to Internet Options in the Control Panel. In the Advanced tab, enable the ‘Use TLS 1.2’ option.

Once you restart Outlook, the error will disappear.
